I'm not sure I agree with that description of a
hydraulic clutch action, I definitely feel some "in
between" on and off, otherwise I'd be even jerkier
than I am...  Why would a hydraulic clutch be any more
digital than a cable?  The cable might have some
stretch to it but the pressure I put on the cltch
lever is variable and therefore so must the pressure @
the slave vary, albeit magnified by the piston
differential, nest pas? (my apologies to the French
speakers...)
