when you say rusted through, do you mean to the outside or just internally making the cat useless?

Bike is too rare to be able to get 2nd hand one in breakers. Loves his bike and wanted to keep it for ever - he normally seriously embarrasses owners of most sports bikes on it. Have ploughed thro internet trying to find a supplier of non CAT exhaust systems without success. Please have you any advise or leads we can follow. Dave
