Another new rear tire...I ate through my Metzler z3 rear tire in 8 months and 5000 miles....starting seeing those nice little radial belts..
Front tire wear was minimal, so I put on a new rear tire last saturday at Discount Motorcycle tire in Wheatridge....$111.00 for the tire, 33.00 balance and mount. ... I got there last saturday morning about 5 minutes before they opened....right behind me turning into the parking lot...were another 8 bikes.....9am, and they were already packed....even the guy opening up the door....said "oh great....another busy day." But man...I bet a lot of businesses WISH for that kind of demand.... 8 bikes in the morning...probably another 12 as the day progressed.....that is ALOT of income going through the door. Discount Motorcycle Tire IS MY CHOICE for all TIRES and HELMETS...they beat the Yamaha dealer by over $100 for the same service! I will let you know how the new Z4 is handling...if it is anything like the Z3...it will be wonderful handling. THOR
