i know that the GTS is large...but a supertanker? And who needs a really small turning radius anyway...even the tightest hairpin can easily be carved by a GTS....never understood why turning radius was an issue. (except for the monster-tour-bikes, which the GTS is not)
I need to get my hand looked at...I believe the lead content is raising in my hand. I just seem to go faster and faster. A couple of days ago, coming back from a LONG 12hr day at work, with just the open road, and two cars far in the distance, I decided to release some tension at 120. I came up on those two cars and slowed down to 100, While I was passing the last car, I glanced over...to see a pair of "hidden cop lights" in the rear window....needless to say, that at his trunk I was doing 100, at his hood i was doing 80.....in a 65....needless to say...he pulled me over....before he walked up to me.....I had the bike turned off, resting on the stand, helmet flipped up, insurance in hand, and a "sorry Im a stupid idiot" speech ready to go.... ...with a little chit-chat, he let me go without even a written warning.....a tap on the arm with the maglight and a "watch it, I know those are fun, but dont be stupid".... Just another verification in the fact that if you are prepared with your information, and nice to the officer by admitting that you are just a plain fool, (plus the lack of a locked radar signal) they will probably just let you go. (warning this theory is experimental) but it was worked the past couple of times. Ever think you are doing 70, to look down and find out its 95? THOR
