Be aware that using a 42 rear sprocket means that the chain gets closer to
the swing arm , on the top run of the chain . So you won't wont to allow
your chain to become to slack .
I'm using a 44 tooth with no problems . You'll find using a 42 that your
pull away won't be as fast , but your rev's will be reduced to your road
speed , giving better cruising ( most noticeable in top gear ) .
