It is possible to replace some components in the ECU, some because the others were never a publicly available parts. The other people you might contact, is someone who works on toyota/mitsubishi car ECU's as they are in many cases ND also. At least one chip is GTS only and maybe 2 or 3, the rest is generic to Nippon Denso or Toshiba. The processor and memory, IMHO, are Hitachi parts, but I never found a part number reference for them.
