Hi Joe , i've got the same problem with my rear pads , one worn right down , the other not even half way through it's life . I've stripped the rear caliper , cleaned out the crap behind the seals , installed new pads , and still have the same problem . You can actually see the problem when applying the brake , the inner most pad moves across to the disc and the outer pad hardly moves , the brake still functions but it's trying to bend the disc over . I've bled the brake a few times but it makes no difference . I know it's some sort of balance problem between the 2 pistons , but can't track it down .
So if anyone's got an idea what's wrong , i'm all ears . atb Nick T SA#12 Ps the EBC double HH pads ( copper coloured ) are the ones to get , it's like having a front brake on the rear . ( when your caliper is working correctly of course ). --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free. Checked by AVG anti-virus system (http://www.grisoft.com).
