Welcome. The slow (below 10 mph) "heavy" corners take a while to get used to but once you put a couple thousand miles on your bike you wont notice them. Overall, yes it is a heavy bike, but a powerful one. I took a long 1,300 mile trip in 3 days this summer, and realized that I love my "lucy." The weight allow you to glide down the road in a very stable ride. The torque curve is what you will fall in love with, constant power.
The GTS is like having a blend between a Cadillac and a Ferrari. Sure my friend can blow me away in his Ducati, but after 120 who cares. Now...if I could only find that elusive "6th gear"...that would be a bike. THOR
