Heh. It has an effect. First effect: the wheels fight any attempt to change
their orientation. We like this, it makes it so we don't have to balance
the bike while it is moving. Second effect: the axels torque at right
angles to both the direction of rotation and the displacing torque. This
will cause a lean as well, but the fact that the bike isn't balanced is the
bigger part of it.
