I said I would notify them in advance if we decided to go with them. I'll do that tomorrow and also book a room. I guess we can use the list for those that'll want to share rooms with others on the list. I'll keep track of the bookings through the motel too. I'm going to book Fri, Sat and Sun nights. It will be up to you what you book but I envisage most/all of us arriving by Fri night. Rides will be planned for Sat and Sun with THE official gathering taking place Sat night. So if all else fails try to at least be there Sat evening. We'll want to take plenty of photos if we set the world record for most GTS's in one place!!! (Not counting the Yamaha factory I guess) When I spoke to Anna I assured her that we were well-behaved mature motorcyclists and they seemed very happy to have us. I don't imagine I have to say this but please don't screw things up by any obnoxious behavior or damaging anything. We can still have a lively ole time without upsetting the owners. As far as help goes, I guess everyone could help advertise the event (websites, notices, word of mouth). Someone could volunteer to make an electronic flyer with all the rally details that can be sent to people or put on web sites. Include a nice GTS picture, etc...run it past me before you release it please. I'll go ahead and organize the rides, maps, etc and later on I'll look into organizing a venue for the Saturday night. Any suggestions, ideas for the rally are very welcome. I'm really looking forward to this event. It's going to be quite interesting to meet all you listers. You guys are gunna love it out here, especially the first timers.
