My $1 US discounted at 2% is likely too late....but I prefer the smaller places, less
in the midst of tourist heaven. Frisco in June is likely to be......well, full of
tourists.

Some of you may recall a few years ago when I tried to put together a similar riding
venue, and booked the Nordic Inn in Twin Lakes (www.twinlakesnordicinn.com). I prefer
places of that sort.

As for good hiking.....it's at the base of Mt. Elbert, highest in CO and an easy climb
except for the altitude. (In other words, non-technical climb.)

Not much sense in planning this for me, though. I'm not sure when I'll be back in the
US, and even if I got back by June 20, I'm not sure I'd have time to do the needed
bike prep after letting it sit for so long. I'd bet I can't make this one.

Phil (finally back on the list)
