I can't spell.  It's a gasoline preservative (Spelled Sta-Bil), see site
below.  Here you can find it in department stores, auto parts stores,
motorcycle shops, lawn & garden stores, etc.  Amsoil makes something
similar and there's another one called POR-15.  Only one I've used is
Sta-Bil.

I've always loved the denatured part - if you personally were to add a
deadly poison to something you owned to prevent people from drinking it
& someone was injured or killed you'd end up in jail.  But the
government does it routinely so folks can't avoid the booze taxes.  The
alternative they use to methyl (wood) alcohol is benzene, a know
carcinogen.  By gum, they'll protect us from the evils of alcoholism if
it kills us.
