Guys and Gals:

Just a tip for all you folks out there submitting quotes to customers
through the internet. Please learn from my experience! If you create a
document (say in Word) Password protect the document before it leaves your
shop. I'm fighting with a PIA Client right now that re-wrote my quote and
added stipulations on his paperwork (not on any copies anyone in the office
has) that make rediculous claims of what our company is responsible for
during the sale.

I know a ton of ways to get out of this...all painful. We are about to
cancel a $150,000 (US$'s Robert...that's like 50,000,000 Canadian!) order
because the client says we are not fulfilling our approved goals. (We figure
it's cheaper than trying to support someone in LA from Greensboro, NC) I'll
be out $15,000 personally (that's a lifetime of blowup dolls for Brandon)

Please protect yourselves. It's really sad to see how dishonest and sneaky
customers have become. 24 years of sales experience...I've never seen
anything like the past 4 months.

Have fun, ride safely (it is a freaking adverb used to describe the verb
"ride")
