It seems the previous years, it was pretty free form. There was a wiki page where people could put their lightning talks, and on the 1st day of Guadec, someone was taking care of making a schedule. People were asked to come with an USB key or to mail the Lightning Talk to the organizer. This sounds good to me, so I'll make that wiki page when I have time and send an email/blog about it if nobody complains. Who wants to be the recipient of the lightning talk PDFs ? :) I'd tend to tell people to attach them to the wiki or to mail gnome-papers. But I'd really like to have someone responsible for coordinating the lightning talks at Den Haag (ie handling the schedule, making sure there's a computer ready with all the talks on them, ...) Don't be shy, step up for lightning talks! You'll even get this cool organizer tshirt which will make everyone in Holland jealous! Anyone?
