Ok, so we'll request 'l...@guadec.org', forward that to some free webmail account (gmail?), that you (Mario) set up and share login details with. I don't see the need for some other storage repository then, we can just create a folder to contain the (messages with attached the) selected slides and move all other clutter out of the way.
