gnu: python-sunpy: Speed up tests and relax requirements.
* gnu/packages/astronomy.scm (python-sunpy): Enable parallel
tests to speed them up.
[arguments] <#:test-flags>: Add it with "-n" option.
<#:phases>: Add 'relax-requirements.
