gnu: python-spectral-cube: Speed up tests.
* gnu/packages/astronomy.scm (python-spectral-cube): Enable parallel
tests to speed them up.
[arguments] <#:test-flags>: Add it with "-n" option.
[propagated-inputs]: Remove python-aplpy.
[native-inputs]: Add python-pytest-xdist.
