    gnu: python-photutils: Speed up tests
    
    * gnu/packages/astronomy.scm (python-photutils): Enable parallel
    tests to speed them up.
    [arguments] <#:test-flags>: Add it with "-n" option.
    [native-inputs]: Add python-pytest-xdist.
