gnu: python-pycodestyle: Update to 2.12.1.
* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-pycodestyle): Update to 2.12.1.
[build-system]: Swap to pyproject-build-system.
[arguments]<test-flags>: Test options are ported from tox.ini.
[phases]{check}: Adjust tests invocation procedure.
[native-inputs]: Remove python-pytest; add python-setuptools and
python-wheel.
