* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-snowballstemmer): Update to 2.2.0.
Improve style.
[build-system]: Swap to pyproject-build-system.
[arguments]<tests>: Switch them off as not provided.
[native-inputs]: Add python-setuptools and python-wheel.
