* gnu/packages/python-web.scm (python-launchpadlib): Update to 2.1.0.
[build-system]: Switch to pyproject-build-system.
[propagated-inputs]: Remove python-keyring.
[native-inputs]: Add python-setuptools, python-wheel. Replace
python-mock by python-pytest.
[home-page]: Refresh.
