* gnu/packages/pdf.scm (python-reportlab): Update to 4.4.7.
[build-system]: Switch to pyproject-build-system.
[arguments]<#:test-target>: Migrate to <#:phases, #:test-backend,
#:test-flags>.
<#:configure-flags>: Refresh them.
[native-inputs]: Add python-setuptools.
[propagated-inputs]: Remove python-chardet. Add
python-charset-normalizer.
