* gnu/packages/bittorrent.scm (stig): Update to 0.14.2a0.
[phases]{loosen-version-restrictions}: Remove phase.
{use-default-asyncio, relax-requirements}: New phases.
[inputs]: Remove python; add python-aiohttp, python-aiohttp-socks,
python-blinker, python-natsort, python-pyxdg, python-setproctitle,
python-urwid, python-urwidtrees, and python-wcwidth.
[propagated-inputs]: Remove python-urwid, python-urwidtrees,
python-aiohttp, python-aiohttp-socks, python-pyxdg, python-blinker,
python-natsort, python-async-timeout, and python-setproctitle.
