gnu: packages: Remove GOEXPERIMENT environment variable from go packages.
GOEXPERIMENT=synctest was dropped in go-1.26 which is default for build
now.
* gnu/packages/golang-build.scm (go-golang-org-x-net):
[phases]{pre-check}: Drop GOEXPERIMENT environment variable setting.
