[source] <snippet>: Remove Go submodules.
[arguments] <test-flags>: Do not vet during tests.
[phases]{remove-benchmarks}: Remove phase, it's converted by source
snippet now.
[propagated-inputs]: Remove go-github-com-fatih-color and
go-golang-org-x-xerrors.
[native-inputs]: Remove go-github-com-go-playground-validator-v10 and
go-github-com-google-go-cmp.
