Moderation team transparency

[Development of GNU Guix and the GNU System distribution.]

Hi everyone,

It has come to my attention in [1] that I know very little about the
moderation of the Guix communities that are covered by its CoC.

I will suggest one actionable step to improve transparency:

Can the moderation team add itself to etc/teams.scm?
