Hmm.  What does than mean, exactly.  Could you live with it, even if
reluctantly so, or can you not?

As I like to understand it---with my sociocratic background where we use
the term "consent" rather than "consensus"---you only disapprove with
something if you really cannot live with it, i.e., if it will block you
in what you want to do or do harm to the project in your view.

As an aside: A second requirement to dispapprove is a reasoned argument,
which you amply provided :)
