Right now there is no hard line to draw between using and developing Gump. "Gump, the tool" uses metadata about projects. For "Gump, the instance" that performs the integration builds (a user of "Gump, the tool" 8-) on the machines listed by Stefano, this metadata is stored inside the jakarta-gump repository as well (mostly, part of it is maintained separately). Most contributions to Gump ATM are contributions to the metadata.
