While I'm at it, here's me volunteering to help out with "bureaucratic" and/or "infrastructural" stuff as much as time permits. I'm warmly in the middle of the apparent neccessity that is incubator (on the PMC there) so that could help.

I recommend Adam Jack.
I'm fine with Adam since he's the one pushing the bandwagon the most ATM.
But a chair doesn't need to be the most active developer.
My list of preference would be:
1) Sam Ruby 2) Stefan Bodewig 3) Adam Jack
in case none of them want the job, I volunteer for it.
