I haven't been able to find out whether solar panel alignment is
manually- or computer-controlled. Does the GURPSNET Collective have
anything to say about it? (My sources so far are Wikipedia for overview
and some detail, and http://www.nasa.gov/mission_pages/station/main/
for the PR angle.)

There are also be periodic reboosts to maintain orbital altitude, which
I'm sure are manually commanded, but those seem only to happen once
every few months so that won't be a factor.
