Everyone going in will have thorough clearance. There might be one
Russian on the crew; mostly I suspect that NASA will want to keep things
"in the family" as much as possible until it's known just what has
happened.

This _is_ near-future in the real world - the only access is from
Canaveral or Baikonur. But I suspect one of the concerns will indeed be
contamination of a Russian supply shipment.
