Given this, I'd say that Powers, Magic, and Fantasy should top the
list.  Powers is the 4e replacement for both Psionics and Supers;
Magic replaces both Magic and Grimoire.

If you can only get one, it's a very close race; but I'd say that
Powers would win out by a nose: it provides a means of handling
superpowers, psionics, magic, and just about any other exotic ability
that you can think of.  Neither of the others comes close to providing
as diverse a set of tools as Powers does.

That said, Fantasy does the same thing, but in regard to advice rather
than tools.  To really get the most out of Fantasy, you need one or
both of Magic and Powers to back it up.
