Given this, I'd say that Powers, Magic, and Fantasy should top the list. Powers is the 4e replacement for both Psionics and Supers; Magic replaces both Magic and Grimoire. If you can only get one, it's a very close race; but I'd say that Powers would win out by a nose: it provides a means of handling superpowers, psionics, magic, and just about any other exotic ability that you can think of. Neither of the others comes close to providing as diverse a set of tools as Powers does. That said, Fantasy does the same thing, but in regard to advice rather than tools.
