Boy, this is getting complicated!

It's not just air, it's kinetic energy in anything. He can sync with it and
absorb it. Since just standing around, the biggest source of energy is likely
ambient air, that's sort of in line with the slow recharge rate. But he'd also
be absorbing any available heat from the ground, too, since that has a kinetic
component, if only at the subatomic level.

Yes, but then he would be exposed to less kinetic energy, and not absorb power
from damage flung at him.

Yes, but I didn't bother to fabricate a rate, because it seemed fairly
impractical for him. OTOH, I guess if he ended up on some alien spaceship,
with a full charge in his kinetic batteries, he could steal a spacesuit and fly
just enough to make it to a passing planet-- so I guess he needs Flight
(Space), too! But it will probably cost on the order of 20-30 FP/min.

Oh, that's what I get for responding as I read.

Hmm, the way I read DR with Absorption was that with DR10 one gets a 10FP
battery, but it dissipates with time. Vector should therefore get a 200FP
battery for whom I'd buy an advantage: "FP battery does not dissipate).

I considered this, and instead considered a +90% enhancement due to the fact
that he could use the battery for strength and superflight-- two
characteristics. But, hey, I'll take the +80% if we interpret "trait" as
kinetic...

Cool, I'm going to have to rewrite this one-- oh, and fill in background and
skills and personality traits. I was thinking that as Vector progressed (not
that he needs to), he would be able to more efficiently control the inertia of
individual body parts rather than his whole thing. Right now, he can exert
super strength or fly fast. That's pretty much it. As he gets more skilled,
he could throw a superfast and superstrong punch by more finely controlling the
momentum of just his arm for example.
