"target is covered by intervening objects". I might make it the normal bonus -1 such that a 50% profile covered which (if I recall correctly) is a -4 to hit - changes to a -3 to hit as a "Stance modifier" if the firer is in a perfect "narrow" profile (ie turned sideways to fire stance).
I'd go with the equivalent of -1 size modifier, since that's the approximate reduction in target area, which means a -1 to hit.
