I don't read Japanese, but I know a few words... "tetsukaze" would be the iron wind. "haganekaze" or "koutetsukaze" would be the steel wind, which might be more appropriate. (If there's a shade of meaning between "hagane" and "koutetsu" I don't know it, though "koutetsu" can mean "armour" as well as "steel".) For the name, I suspect that something like (name) Toukougami (swordsmith-spirit) might be appropriate.
