Given how minimal the differences between 4e Magic and 3e Magic+Grimoire actually are, I doubt that releasing the 3e versions is anything like a priority. To a large degree, you could use 4e Magic as a 3e supplement; you'd have to interpret a few terms, but nothing critical.
