Off the top of my head, there aren't a lot of greekoroman gods that bartered with mortals. They more sort of demanded and cursed. That said, the two that come to mind are Eris and Hades, the first being a sower of discord and the latter being lord of the dead. Neither are evil, at least not any more than the other gods of that time, but could easily be associated with this kind of bargain.

I am looking for a god, spirit or whatever, appropriate for my campain.

It is set in Rome 90 AD , the god could come from any culture Romans had
contact with.

The god should be making something like devils bargains.

Offer something valuable (wealth, status, a good marrige, healthy
children), i am flexible about the details here, but the price is that the
person doing the bargain dies 10 years (or some other timeintervall)
later.

In a european medival campain i'd pretty clearly take the Devil.
Technically i could do the same here too. But i am unsure how much the
picture of the bargaining devil is from the middle ages and how much of that was already there with early christianity or judaism. And if there is
a choise i'd also go with mean and dangerous but not clearly capital E
Evil.

Any ideas?
