Effectivly it comes down to "What reaction modifers do i have with whom?".
If non human races are so common (or even if stories about them are so
common, that their existence is widely accepted) then you don't really get
a reaction modifer for not looking human. You might still have a social
stigma (or propably an equivalent advantage if reactions are net
positive).

An apearence within the uncanny vally of a relevant race could still give
a disad though.

And if you have a feature that makes you easy to spot in a crowd or easier
to track you, in some campains would still warrant a disad.
