Again, it depends, frequency's of travel to places where it would get
them killed/imprisoned/beaten/shunned/raped verses places it would be
ignored/approved/get them marriage proposals. It also depends on where
they do most of this disrobing, dungeon crawls/the middle of
town/religious ceremonies?
I'd pick the most frequent negative results and then work it out from
that... using the expected frequency of it occurring, also the frequency
of this disadvantage. If every mage in your world has to strip it would
either become common place in the minds of the populace or just another
reason to string them all up.
