Vampires
Werewolves
and others who are effected by the nanites?
Temp rose, as the green house gases turned any heat source back on itself.
Light got cut off in the end, even light from the sun stopped, and the
temperature dropped.
Oxygen, where and what does it?
Namely once the green house gases are firmly in place, what effect on the
albedo factor of the planet? Will the solar radiation keep getting in, or
some bands or none at all?
Life as we know it, crashes, animals eating each other in months, or less,
cannibalism rampent and what else?
Many put to sleep? Matrix power source or for their protection or what?
Space travel, how many made it off planet before things crashed, where did
they go?
Now that Earth has crashed, now what? Nanotech keeps people going? Power
source, power grid provide the power from thermal-electric/nuclear and what
other means?
Vampires are those who have for some reason, lost connection to the power
grid, be they rebels, crooks or just unlucky, but to survive they feed on
those still connected, for to be disconnected means slow death from the
inside, as the nanites eat you alive or just lose power?

casialties, and he still lives some 300 years later, but now hunts down the
rebels, and lost and other dangers.
He is undead as those he hunts, and he wishes he could finally die, but
