* I wonder if there could be a cross between 'synchronized
swimming', ballet and trapeze performances. The team tries
to fly neat patterns, but only certain members are allowed
to touch the walls (or poles, etc), the others must shove
themselves off from their team partners.

* Could there be actual 'swimming' in air-filled zero-G, i.e.
flying by body movement, without the aid of wings? Water is
much denser than air, so this would require lots of stamina
for comparatively little distance -- an option for smaller
  ships or stations?

Or could you put games into a zero-G water tank?

* Darts or the like, hurling stuff over very long distances.

* How about some sort of ballgame with players on bungee
tethers? They can launch themselves from their 'home side'
to catch the ball, but after the jump they are returned
automatically. Tactics would be judging who is inbound,
who is outbound, who is ready to jump.

* Zero-G martial arts, for sport or training.
