Hello everybody, just a quick thought -- by the rules, a 3E TL5 or TL6 vehicle can be sealed, battery-powered, and fitted with limited life support. By the rules, that is all you need for a moon buggy, right?
Historical TL6 would have a hard time getting to the moon, but there are setting like Traveller with mixed TLs. A settlement on a vacuum world could back-slide into TL6, for example.
