Yeah, the fusion rocket has pretty magical performance, which helps a
lot, but the optimal ISp for comet herding is in the 1,500-2,000 range
(higher ISp uses a lower fraction of the comet's mass as fuel, but
limits you to smaller comets, which isn't really a worthwhile trade).
