And Vehicles cares about little else -- aerodynamic drag is just
a few percent.

The true reason for the 150-kW motors is to get across rocks 
and crevices, of course, but the rules are ignoring the gear
ratios.

And some of the characters (and players) will immediately ask
"but how fast will it go here?"

I'm getting a sinking feeling that either I made an error, or
GURPS 3E is inconsistent here.
