She is based on spaceports and large stations to run any errant that might come up. The Cutter has an arrowhead shape with twin thrusters and the single warp drive in the rear. The vehicle uses the design rules from Vehicles [second edition, third printing, December '09 errata], VXi and VXii (including the armor volume rule) with the text format from Vehicles Lite.
