Dune, the spacers guild and space only on one planet.. Price and cost, a star ship/jump ship/warp ship or ... ship at all, can be very expensive and how to maintain them? Docking fees may be expensive?
I know here in Alaska, it used to be common for people to have small planes to travel all over the place but its becomming less so. Licensing Cost of Fuel Need (airlines go there now and why fly their your self unless you have a pressing need). Rules and Regulations and more..
