Is it just that? Lockers with emergency gear, tables folding away
and seats folding out, no obstacles in the aisles -- what if the 
occupant of that cabin really wants a genuine wooden piano? In a
different cabin it would be possible, but not in an escape cabin.

The passenger liner has an enclosed hull. A modular approach makes
it more difficult to get from the cabins to the restaurants, etc.
