Chameleon is adaptable to a changing backgtound, camouflage isn't.

Six hours, but it's used only when the suit must be totally sealed, such as 
underwater.

For a first world army, it is obsolete, but many were provided to police forces 
and others sold off to countries as military surplus.

BTW, both suits are battery powered, getting 12 hours off two replacable, 
rechargable cells. And, FWIW, both use composite armor.
