A work around would be to number your files.

HI folks. I just got my BookSense replaced and I'm pretty happy. It
works very well and I didn't have to reset it at all today. A problem
I noticed in both my current unit and my last unit is that when I
right arrow into the file list and select them with the 7 key the
files play in correct order acording to there file names. However when
I press play on a folder the files do not play in correct order. Well
they start out in the correct order but somewhere down the line the
order is messed up. I thought if I edit the ID3 tags this would be
resolved but it didn't work. Now this only happens to files that are
not numbered. If you can try to play your music by selecting all the
files then see how the order is and then try pressing play on a folder
and see how that is that would be great. I would really like to know
is this problem is with my unit only or do other units have this
problem as well. It's not a deal breaker but it would be nice to press
play on a folder and have the items in it play in sequencial order
acording to the filenames. Thanks. Any results you find will be very
helpful.

Jeremiah 29:11-14 (Amplified Bible)
11For I know the thoughts and plans that I have for you, says the
Lord, thoughts and plans for welfare and peace and not for evil, to
give you hope in your final outcome.
12Then you will call upon Me, and you will come and pray to Me,
and I will hear and heed you.
13Then you will seek Me, inquire for, and require Me [as a vital
necessity] and find Me when you search for Me with all your heart.(A)
14I will be found by you, says the Lord, and I will release you
from captivity and gather you from all the nations and all the places
to which I have driven you, says the Lord, and I will bring you back
to the place from which I caused you to be carried away captive.
