I have never had this problem. That being said, I put each book in
its own folder. If the book is part of a series, I create a folder
named for the title of the series. I then name each book folder with
the book title and number of the series. For instance, 001 The
Coming Fury 002. The Terrible Swift Sword. 003 Stillness At
Appamattox. (I forget the name of this particular
series.) But I put these 3 books in the series folder. If I have
more than one series by Bruce Catton, the author of these books, I
then create a Bruce Catton folder and put said books in it. This may
sound complicated, but it really isn't. I keep my books organized
this way. I suppose if I wanted to get really technical, I could
create folders for different categories. I have indeed done this
with my Bookshare Daisy books.

Does this happen to you too sandy? Thanks. I'm kind of to lazy to
number my files right now. Smile.

Turn right, then go straight!
Jeremiah 29:11-14 (Amplified Bible)
11For I know the thoughts and plans that I have for you, says the
Lord, thoughts and plans for welfare and peace and not for evil, to
give you hope in your final outcome.
12Then you will call upon Me, and you will come and pray to Me,
and I will hear and heed you.
13Then you will seek Me, inquire for, and require Me [as a vital
necessity] and find Me when you search for Me with all your heart.(A)
14I will be found by you, says the Lord, and I will release you
from captivity and gather you from all the nations and all the places
to which I have driven you, says the Lord, and I will bring you back
to the place from which I caused you to be carried away captive.
